International SOS has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Compensation Consultant in our Trevose, PA office. This position will support all activities related to the design, implementation, and administration of the Company s compensation programs in the Americas Region. This includes, but is not limited to: compensation survey administration; job analysis, documentation and evaluation; market pricing; salary administration; annual merit and bonus administration; and ad hoc analysis. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Performs domestic and international compensation analyses and provides timely organizational and compensation reporting (market data, internal equity, bonus and total cash) to support recruitment, promotions, and organizational changes, ensuring compliance with Company s pay philosophy in terms of equity and competitiveness. Supports Americas salary administration, including administration of annual salary/merit cycle, bonus processes, and communication, in order to meet legal/payroll/Company requirements. Participates in salary surveys and analysis of salary survey results. Performs job evaluations for proper FLSA assessment and positioning within the Company s Career Framework. Supports international and domestic relocations through managing the immigration process and ensuring competitive compensation packages. Acts as administrator for Success Factor Compensation module in order to: ensure effective data maintenance and the quality and reliability of compensation data; generate and analyze relevant Compensation reports; support local SF Comp users, and provide training to colleagues as assigned. Supports the Regional Director, Compensation and Benefits on program design, analysis, budgeting, costing and policy reviews/updates. Works with People Services team as needed to support EEO-1, AAP and other compliance requirements. Collaborates with Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, HRBPs and L&D to ensure alignment in delivering value to the business as one HR Team . Lead or participate in special projects (Group, Regional and local) and perform other duties as assigned. Experience Required: 5-7 years of Compensation experience in a medium-to-large organization required. Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or related field, Master s Degree and/or CCP, SPHR or PHR certification preferred. Expertise in Compensation fundamentals such as salary survey participation, market pricing and base salary administration. Experience working with job evaluation methodologies a plus (Hay Job Evaluation methodology preferred.) Strong computer skills required, including advanced Excel skills. Experience with ADP and Success Factors a plus. Strong project management skills, both written and verbal; able to present, persuade, influence and shift perspective. Travel: 5% - 10% (US and Canada, and possibly 1 international trip per year.)
