iWorld Professionals is seeking a Payroll Coordinator for our client in Rochester, NY.

Payroll Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Compile payroll data for all employees reviewing for completeness and accuracy.

  • Work with various department supervisors for any missing time records or employee absences and assist with managing the payroll data.

  • Compile internal management reports from payroll system software.

  • Enter benefits and deductions into the employee record.

  • Updating and maintaining employee information in the payroll system for new hires, termination and other employee payroll maintenance.
Payroll Coordinator Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of payroll processing experience.

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.

  • Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft Office and HRIS knowledge a plus.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Strong skills in communicating, decision-making and negotiation.

  • Ability to establish effective working relationships throughout operational groups and professional levels.

  • Excellent client service and listening skills.
