You will play a key role, providing analytic support in the design, development and implementation of business group specific and global compensation practices and programs.What you get to do in this role:Perform analysis on the effectiveness and competitiveness of compensation programs, and model potential impact of alternativesAssist in the administration of the annual and mid-year review cycles and bonus process, including budgeting, system configuration, and employee communicationsCollaborate with HR Business Partners in the administration of the job architectureParticipate in multiple compensation surveysReview salary survey participation data including audits, validation, benchmarking reviews and making recommendationsLevel and map job roles to our compensation structureConduct job evaluations and market assessment using market data and internal evaluationsWork cross functionally to provide compensation analyses and other deliverables to our partnersPartner with Global Talent Care team to audit, update and maintain compensation-related data in WorkdayPartner with HR Business Partners and recruiters on compensation related matters such as offers, promotions, and internal transfers, when neededProvide support on compensation projects including but not limited to - compensation policies and practices, compensation content delivery and refresh. Special projects could come up from time to time and require this role to be part of those projectsIn order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:BS Degree plus 3+ years of compensation experience, preferably in a large multi-national company in the high technology sector.The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind, an organized work style, a keen eye for numbers and patterns, and the ability to work both strategically and tactically to carry out successful changes and programs.Expert knowledge of compensation salary planning, incentive programs, equity plans, market pricing and analytics.A working knowledge and awareness of labor laws related to pay.Solid project management experience.Advanced Excel skills.Workday experience preferred.
