Additionally,you will be responsible for a range of other compensation projects. This isboth a consultative and operational role which requires the ability to bothpresent and discuss HR/Compensation topics and to perform detailed andtechnical analysis. This role will also be managing the outsourced stock administrationfunction and work with Legal, Finance and HR to accurately and efficientlyhandle the administration of the company s global stock plans.Responsibilities:Manage portfolio of compensation projectsincluding pay and bonus program consulting support, balancing resources toensure the highest priority strategic work is tackled first while complianceand other standard work is managed appropriatelyProvide comp consulting advice to leadership teamand HR Business Partners based on deep subject matter expertise. Bringthoughtful compensation perspectives on a variety of talent-related challengesthrough in-depth research and analysis and make sound recommendations tosupport the business objectivesCreate, manage and timely maintain a masterdatabase with leverage existing tools and processes with great attention todetails and securing accuracy; continuously identify opportunities to improveprocessConduct market analysis and evaluate ourcompensation strategy competitiveness in cash, incentive and equity programs. Leadthe execution of the various programs, e.g. global leveling projectEnsure that all forms of equity compensation areadministered in accordance with the terms and conditions of the plan(s) underwhich they are granted. Maintain compliance with international andUS (payroll) tax withholding/reporting requirements, if anyProvide excellent customer service in respondingto equity plan participants inquiries regarding E*TRADE accountinformation/navigation, the NQs/ISOs/RSUs/ESPP vesting and other frequentlyasked questions.Generate recurring reports (monthly, quarterly,annually) and respond on a timely basis to ad hoc data requests from Finance,Legal and Human Resources. Provide reporting for key SOX controlsand maintain supporting documents.o On aquarterly basis, prepare CEO/CFO Equity Compensation Report for CompensationCommitteeAssist Finance and Legal with the preparation ofthe annual proxy statement.o Assist inenhancing and documenting equity-related procedures, policies, and controls QualificationsRequired Skills:Bachelor s degree in relevant disciplineAt least 8+ years ofexperience in compensation & 2 years stock administrationexperienceProgressive prior background as a compensationprofessional within a fast-paced and matrixed environment with multiplestakeholders and global nuance.Able to effectively perform multiple/concurrent tasks withindeadlines in a dynamic environmentProficient in MS Office applications with advanced Excel skillsExcellent project management, communication and organizationalskills are required.
